Through appropriate use of best practices, processes and policies mixed with positive culture, I am able to provide an environment which helps the employee to develop, perform and deliver to the satisfaction of the management and eventually have the employees retained over longer time spans.
I have also been instrumental in understanding deeply how the business departments work so that with the help of functional heads and management, we could evolve and implement methods to enhance productivity and reduce delivery time. Resultant, same work with lesser people which enabled sharing of higher rewards among lesser people.
In various organizations, I was responsible for executing complete gamut of HR like staffing including global hiring, creating open and political free culture, training and development of staff by deep understanding of current vs desired skills, setting up best performance management systems, complete recruitment with single focus on hiring the best only, transparent and regular appraisal ensuring employee feedbacks are given there and then, brainstorming with business
heads on how to regularly task people with challenges, ensuring continuous fun at work, rewarding employees with friendly policies, motivating rewards and recognitions, work on proactive retention measures along with the business heads to keep attrition at lower levels.
Given the above skill set on one side coupled with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills., ambitious with strong intellect and business acumen, problem solving & negotiation skills will all help me to execute my roles and responsibilities to the satisfaction of both the employer and employee.
