As Board Director of Global Consulting and P&L head at the £120m Arrows Group Global, Naveen is responsible for driving an international talent consultancy across the EU region.
Naveen spent three years as the Global Head, Talent Management at the $6b ITES giant, HCL Technologies. Naveen oversaw the complex task of strategic talent planning across 35 geographies, with a specific focus on pushing HCL Technologies forward to develop next-Gen Digital branding & leading it to the top. The experience at HCL Technologies has been documented as a case study in Harvard Business Review.
Prior to HCLT, Naveen had many senior leadership roles at Accenture India, which gave him the responsibility for filling 33,000 roles per annum as head of Talent Acquisition, handling the Rewards function or leading HR Technology and CIO functions or founding the shared services which is now Accenture Business Services.
As the lead on International Mobility at Standard Chartered Bank / Scope International, Naveen held accountability for expatriates across 44 countries apart from driving all of HR Case handling.
Recognised as a thought-leader across issues as varied as talent management, global business thinking, workplace diversity and international development, Naveen has taken to the stage at prestigious events such as the United Nations WEP forum, delivering passionate insights into the benefits of gender diversity in the workplace.
